POLICIES FOR PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.   Checks are accepted but must clear before shipping.

We will be available at all times to effect a transaction in the simplest way possible.

SHIPPING

In order to best serve our customers we take great care with our merchandise, particularly when it comes to packaging. Everything we pack is secured for maximum protection, so we treat all items delicately. The mode of shipping is influenced by the size of the item.  We recommend you purchase insurance when shipping high value items.

We normally dispatch parcels using the USPS priority mail or UPS ground or air, subject to personal requirements.

Please be aware that stones are heavy and weight should be considered when purchasing for shipping.

USPS shipping is completed within 3 days from date of receiving payment.

UPS ground shipping is completed within 7 days from date of receiving payment

International shipping may incur additional costs for Customs and/or Duties, which will be charged to the customer’s account. We complete all documentation to expedite the delivery at no extra cost.

We will contact you directly to discuss shipping oversized pieces.

We are readily available to accommodate your needs if you have specific shipping requirements outside of our common practices. (Additional charges may apply.)

RETURNS

We would like for you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly. We will then email you a “return authorization form.” For returns received you will be credited within 7 days of receipt.

Return items must be packaged in the same way as received, the condition of the item must be exactly the same as when it was dispatched. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after our shipping date. Returns that do not conform to our set guidelines will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The cost of shipping can not be refunded, plus you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Should you wish to exchange the item received, in each instance we will try to accommodate your wishes.
